Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thatarttho.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued.
