We offer free shipping on most orders, depending on your location and the artwork’s size. Any additional delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on the artwork’s origin and your delivery address. On average:
Domestic orders (India): 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you place your order:
The artist is notified.
The artwork is safely packed (usually within 2–4 days).
It’s shipped via a trusted courier.
You’ll get tracking details via email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, a digital invoice will be sent to your registered email after your order is confirmed. You can also access it from your ThatArtTho account under My Orders.

The wishlist lets you save your favorite artworks or products. You can easily revisit them later and purchase when you’re ready. It’s perfect for curating your dream art collection!
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Share photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, refund, or return as needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the artwork is likely already in preparation or shipping. Contact us ASAP if you need to make changes.
What is “package tracking” in my orders?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also track your package anytime from your ThatArtTho account under Order History.
